A plan has been approved by a 30-2 vote to construct a bridge between The Gulch and South Broadway for pedestrian traffic. The local businesses, which will benefit from the bridge, are to fund most of the bridge’s costs through taxation. Additionally, the city has plans for an extensive city sidewalk project.
