$3,000,000.00 Verdict for a Car Accident Causing Severe Injuries and Property Damage

Plaintiff was cautiously and carefully traveling on a two-lane rural road when he saw a camel suddenly came onto the roadway toward his vehicle.  Despite evasive action, the camel charged his vehicle causing a significant crash and causing Plaintiff to suffer severe injuries and property damage.  Plaintiff suffered a great deal of expense, pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, and permanent impairment.  Of importance is the client ended up on social security disability as a result of his injuries.  The Defendant was found guilty of allowing exotic animals to run loose on the roadway.  This resulted in a verdict in the Dickson County Circuit Court of $3,000,000.00.
