Outside of the Tri-Cities Regional Airport in Bloutville, authorities are investigating a fatal car accident that occurred on February 24, in which two vehicles collided while traveling on Airport Circle. Tennessee State Troopers reported that a 2004 Dodge Caravan, operated by 73-year-old Lillie Hensley, entered the lane of travel of an oncoming vehicle.
