Can I File a Wrongful Death Lawsuit If My Loved One Is Killed in a Nashville Car Accident?
Multi-car accidents can occur for a variety of reasons including distracted driving, a fatigued driver and/or aggressive driving. While it appears in this case that the driver of the other vehicle simply did not see the officer’s car, he or she could still be held liable for negligence.
In addition to driver error, it is also possible for an accident to occur because of defective parts or maintenance problems. Aside from death, injuries including spinal cord injuries or traumatic brain injuries resulting from vehicle accidents are often debilitating and can require expensive physical therapy and rehabilitation.
If you are ever injured in a car accident or you lose a loved one, you should seek compensation. Do not let a negligent driver victimize you. Call us to seek damages.
